Yes, our soft play baby area is designed for children under the age of 5. Our soft play equipment's are small and can stand the height/weight of a toddler. Our mini bounce houses have a weight limit of only 300 lbs.
Our big Luxury Bounces Houses is great for all ages!
We wash our equipment before and after every use. We hand wash all our balls and disinfect the soft play by wiping down with Germ Swipe after we set up.
Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel 15 days prior to your event. Full refund of your deposit if you cancel before the 15 days. If you need to reschedule your event we do not need a new deposit, it will go towards your new date.
We will not set up on rain/gusty winds. We understand that bad weather is unpredictable and we will fully refund your deposit if it happens to rain or if there's high winds over 20mph.
Please note we will Not set up any mini jumpers if winds are over 15mph. Please have a plan B (indoors) if there is bad weather in the forecast.
No, all deposits are refundable after your event. We require an $80 security deposit for soft play and/or $100 for Luxury Bounce Houses. Deposit is only held in case of accidental damage/broken/missing equipment. Please note if you return the equipment in extremely dirty condition, or balls outside the gated play area there will be a cleaning fee of $45 deducted from your deposit. All deposits are refunded the following day after inspection (may take up to 24 hrs) and it will be sent the same way it was received Zelle or Venmo.
Deposits can be sent by Zelle or Venmo. We will not book without a deposit.
Final payment is due the morning of your event. Please have payment ready when we arrive to avoid any delays to your set up. Final payment must be paid by Cash or Zelle only.
Yes, but we only do local parks in the following cities only:
Play area only, No bounce houses. We also require a copy of your drivers license.
